Sind oft mit sunexpress geflogen waren immer sehr zufrieden,hatten bis jetzt nie Probleme,vielen dank

1st time flying with them but the app and website full of errors. Been trying for 40 mins to buy 2 tickets and always came back as Error,try again later.

Good and efficient airline, but very expensive just like all the other airline

Wenn ich die Wahl hab, flieg ich mit Sunexpress in die Türkei! Rund um den Flug, Sauberkeit, Zustand der Flieger sind sie top, was sie nicht können, sind die Sitzplatzreservierungen! Der Hinflug wurde angezeigt, der Rückflug nicht, den hab ich jetzt einzeln gebucht, obwohl das eigentlich nicht geht! Es ist jedes Mal anders, man muss wirklich kreativ sein als Passagier ;-)

Det var ikke muligt at lave en online tjekin. Desuden var telefon hjælpen svær da vi bestilte via Kivi =lang vente tid

After reading previously negative reviews about SunExpress I was not looking forward to my journey. However I had great time travelling with SunExpress, the aircraft was clean, tidy & the cabin crew were very helpful. The plane from BHX -DLM left on time on both journeys, even arriving early both times. I had an extra legroom seat which was very spacious. I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with SunExpress in the future.

Direkt bei SunExpress Prio Check-In Gepäck Loungebesuch in Antalya gebucht Lounge 120€ für 2 Personen für zwei Std Es gab nur schlechte Sandwich Wasser aus einem Joghurtbecher Kaltgetraeke waren ausverkauft Nach ca 35 Minuten kamen warme neue Getränke VIEL’ZU TEUER LOUNGE IST das Geld nicht wert Keine Erstattung weil trotz Bilder als Beweis keine Negative Feststellung von SunExpress Nach 1 Std sind wir gegangen und haben uns im Wartebereich satt gegessen Gepäck beschädigt ein neuer Koffer Schale beschädigt der anderen Reißverschluss gewaltsam geöffnet Schaden 400€ Bilder gesandt abgelehnt für beide Prio Gepäck kam erst nach 1,5 Std an der Ausgabe an Erstattung 25€ NIE WIEDER SUNEXPRESS SITZPLAETZE VIEL’ZU ENG kein Service mangelhaft stehen nicht zu verursachten Schäden und Problemen HABE DIE Sache an die Schlichtungsstelle abgegeben Sunexpress lehnt ab und Email’kommen als nicht zustellbar zurück obwohl man auf Antworten gehen soll für die Kommunikation

Booked through Tui, not clear on their booking that any extras on flight are dealt with by sun express, this was quite a painful process, took ages to get into my booking, be careful as I accidentally clicked on one way flights only, rather than return, so had to do it all again for the return flight 😱 now got 2 separate flight bookings

It's officially a trap! I almost paid for my hand luggage for the ticket price (80€) This is the first time I've heard of hand luggage charged. Shame...

Am 28.05.2025 Rückflug Antalya-Nürnberg unmögliches Bordpersonal Beschwerde beiSunExpress vom 1.06.2025 Bearbeitungsnummer Sun-09518811 wurde nicht beantwortet, telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar! 1Stern für dieses Unternehmen ist zu viel ! Nie wieder SunExpress!

Die Buchung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit ein bisschen Geduld ist es vertretbar.

Had difficulty logging in to my booking but once I managed to get in, it was quite straight forward. Be specific with your login details - capital letters and make sure children over 12 are included as an 'adult'. Also, the membership number is NOT your passport number - you can leave it blank.

Katastrophe, online check in ist nur Geldschleicherei. Frechheit!

one of the worst airlines ı have ever been to. ı have paid for in flight meal cost me 14 pounds extra and guess what. they load my meal wrong something ı can never eat. ı complain to hostess to be told we are sorry we will give you a card where you can e mail and complain. no replacement sandwich or drinks. ı arrived to airport and my luggage not arrived 4 days passed no body called me to bring my luggage yet. avoid at no cost

Just back from turkey flew with sun express airlines clean and good service on board

Went to purchase food and drink on the way home after they gave us our items i went to pay with my debit card as we had no cash and was told they only accepted credit cards,they then continued to take back our items leaving us with no food or drink for the whole of our journey home from Turkey I had to take medication without a drink . If using sun express make sure you have a credit card . I won't be flying with this airline again

We have travelled with SunExpress many many times and on some flights the Team have remembered us and made us most welcome. Flights are unpredictable and sometimes things go wrong but luckily for us we have had amazing flights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Cannot check in online and they didn't notice reply to web chat. They offer WhatsApp and messenger contact routes but no contact info to communicate with them.
