Subarashi Real Estate Reviews

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Jauad! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jauad to find a villa for lease in Dubai, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Jauad was honest, transparent, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his exceptional communication – always quick to respond, always clear, and always willing to go the extra mile. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. His professionalism and commitment to finding the right home for me and my family was unmatched. If you’re looking to rent or buy a property in Dubai, Jauad is the person you need. His customer service is second to none, and I can’t thank him enough for the care and attention he showed us. Truly grateful and extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you, Jauad!

I had an outstanding experience working with Jauad Iuri as my real estate advisor, who has now become more of a friend. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive. Thanks to his deep knowledge of the market, he was able to get my house rented in a timely manner — even when I was starting to lose hope. What truly set Jauad apart was not just his expertise, but his incredible interpersonal skills. He stayed in close contact, kept encouraging me, and gave me the belief and confidence that the right tenant would come — and he delivered. Honestly, after working with him, I can say that I would have felt genuinely disappointed if my house had been rented through anyone else. Even after the lease was signed, Jauad continued to show his commitment by supporting the tenant during her move-in and helping her promptly resolve all the minor issues that arose during the first month. I’ve also received very positive feedback from the tenant about his support and professionalism. Jauad is not only an excellent real estate broker with strong market knowledge, but also a great human being who truly cares about both his clients and tenants. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We are incredibly grateful to Jauad for his hard work, dedication, and professionalism in helping us rent out our villa. From the very beginning, he was proactive, patient, and always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. He went above and beyond — making sure every detail was taken care of, showing the property with genuine enthusiasm, and ensuring the process was smooth for both us and the tenants. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep market knowledge with such integrity and commitment. Thanks to Jauad, our villa found the right tenants in good time, and we felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommended — thank you again, Jauad!

My experience with subarashi real estate was great and couldn’t have gone any better. The service, the dedication to looking for the best properties for their clients in their best interests, was something I found very valuable to me. They always had my best interests in mind and that led to me finally landing a property that I love. Couldn’t have done it without the agent I was dealing with Jauad who was my go to person for my property needs and he ultimately delivered. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Jauad who was collaborative, always gave me great advice and that was very valuable. If it wasn’t for him I would not have gotten the property I wanted. I recommend subarashi real estate to anyone looking for a property and would refer them to Jauad in particular

Jauad was professional and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and straightforward. They were attentive to my preferences and communicated effectively, helping me find a property that met my needs. I appreciated their support and would consider working with him again.

I had the pleasure of working with JAUAD on my recent rental. He is one of the few agents in Dubai who would go over and above their job to ensure his client is comfortable and faces no issues. The whole process was seamless. I would recommend JAUAD to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
