Very professional and ethical team
I had an outstanding experience working with Jauad Iuri as my real estate advisor, who has now become more of a friend. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive. Thanks to his deep knowledge of the market, he was able to get my house rented in a timely manner — even when I was starting to lose hope. What truly set Jauad apart was not just his expertise, but his incredible interpersonal skills. He stayed in close contact, kept encouraging me, and gave me the belief and confidence that the right tenant would come — and he delivered. Honestly, after working with him, I can say that I would have felt genuinely disappointed if my house had been rented through anyone else. Even after the lease was signed, Jauad continued to show his commitment by supporting the tenant during her move-in and helping her promptly resolve all the minor issues that arose during the first month. I’ve also received very positive feedback from the tenant about his support and professionalism. Jauad is not only an excellent real estate broker with strong market knowledge, but also a great human being who truly cares about both his clients and tenants. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
