Teddy Swims was a great show; tickets were a little overpriced but what are you going to do. The burn was Stub Hub was offering advance parking and shuttle services for a ridiculous price, I didn't take the offer and when I checked it out on line it was free at the Venue and there were no fees it was just a cash grab! They lure you when purchasing tickets dirty pool if you ask me.
Our tickets were a total scam. Apparently they had been sold to multiple people and by the time we got to the event someone had already used them. It was beyond embarrassing as this was a gift to the person I went with and it created quite a side show. I had no idea tickets in StubHub could be counterfeit but the event people said it’s a well known problem. Their marketing about being a safe place to buy tickets is very misleading.

Purchasing and receiving the tickets was extremely easy and painless. Would highly recommend for your next concert or event.
I was scammed a parking pass. It said t It was tennis parking lots but it was a lot 2.5 miles away. A 30 min walk. StubHub told me there is nothing they can do bc I didn’t report it before the event. I found out at 830 am the day of event and was driving to event when I found out. I’m disgusted with StubHub and will never use them again.

It was easy to get our tickets with no issues. The loaded up on the phone quickly.
Tickets on StubHub is a simple process for Yankees tickets. There are no good seats if you try to buy direct for a medium size group (6 to 8) in my case. Select your seats and wait for the seller to provide tickets. In this case, the seller provided a link to the actual tickets from ticketmaster so they could be downloaded to my phone wallet. Done!
I've been purchasing and selling tickets on the secondary platform "StubHub" for quite a while. Over the past several months, I have experienced serious and unresolved issues with my StubHub account, including multiple unpaid orders, withheld payouts, and unresolved disputes—despite fulfilling all obligations and providing extensive supporting documentation. To make matters worse, my account was suddenly locked without any prior notice. When I contacted support, I was told the decision was final: my account would remain permanently suspended, I would lose access to all funds, and I would be barred from creating any new accounts. I was given no detailed explanation. One support agent vaguely mentioned “multiple buyer complaints” and “issues with sales,” but refused to elaborate or provide any specific evidence. When I tried to contact the support team for a detailed explanation, I either received no response at all or was given mutually contradictory explanations: • Trust & Safety declined to provide any concrete reason for the suspension despite multiple requests. • Executive Customer Care wrote: “We have found that the buyer of one of their transactions is linked to the seller themselves. As a result, we have shut down this account, and it will remain blocked, and payments will not be resumed.” I categorically deny this allegation. • Customer Support also claimed: “Your account has been deactivated due to multiple instances of unfulfilled ticket orders associated with your listings. ” As a result, I still do not know the exact reason for the suspension. Furthermore, these accusations are untrue. In reality, nearly every disputed order on my account involved buyer fraud or situations where I followed the rules, yet was penalized anyway. For each such order, I submitted clear documentation to prove my innocence. I have continued to take every reasonable action to resolve the issue. I have spent months calling customer service daily, escalating my case via email to executive management, and filing formal disputes; however, none of these efforts have resulted in a resolution or a meaningful response. To date, over USD 20,000 remains unpaid or wrongfully withheld, including funds from multiple sales, previously promised credits, and amounts deducted to cover penalties that should never have been applied. This entire ordeal has caused significant financial strain, emotional distress, and exhaustion. I’ve spent countless hours preparing documentation, making international calls, and trying to defend myself through a broken system. I am fully prepared to provide extensive evidence and supporting documentation—including email records, account activity, ticket delivery logs, and customer communications—upon request. My sole goal is to resolve this matter with transparency and recover the compensation I rightfully earned through fulfilled obligations.
The tickets were a very good deal. My family appreciated the view. Looking forward to next family reunion!

Easy to purchase tickets and download to my phone. I didn't realize that a screenshot was not acceptable at the gate but one I figured that out - all was good.
I ordered a ticket for a preseason football game because it was one of the cheapest. After registration it turned out that even the official selling site was still cheaper. However, since I had already registered, I went ahead and bought the ticket there. After a few days I still hadn’t received the ticket, so I contacted customer support. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a support agent who tried to find my order but eventually told me I should only call again once I could provide the “correct” information, like the order number or my real name. Then I reached out to the online chat support. After chatting with them for over 1.5 hours, the outcome was the same: they couldn’t find anything. The funny part? I actually received an email with an order number right after booking. So how can they not have the booking in their system? They also said they can’t give me a refund since, according to them, there is no booking from me. In short: they “lost” my order, they were more expensive than other sellers, and they didn’t even want to give me my money back. Also it ruined my whole day. Don’t make the same mistake I did by choosing this “seller.” Luckily, I have a good bank and was able to get my money back by reporting it as fraud.
A wonderful evening for an outdoor concert. Laying out on a blanket with my main squeeze for the evening. Melissa Etheridge was great. The Indigo Girls is just a tad disappointing because they're one lead singer was having issues with her voice. It was a great night.
Purchased tickets with a row and seat number how ever when we arrived people were sitting on our seats and they told us it was general admission meaning first come first serve. We weren’t even advised by staff. People were bumping into us and over crowding us
Easy to use. Disliked having to wait on receiving tickets, especially with many horror stories of tickets not arriving on time or being fraudulant, but we were willing to take that risk for Oasis and we had no trouble. Tickets came 1 week before show and I received plenty of notifications.
Anyone can write a CrowdTrust review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they'll be displayed as long as an account is active.
