StubHub's FanProtect Guarantee is a scam
I bought tickets for the MLS Leagues Cup Final at Lumen Field and never received them. StubHub offered me “replacement” tickets in the nosebleed section even though the tickets I had bought were 10th row tickets at midfield and their FanProtect Guarantee says customers will be offered "comparable or better tickets - which is apparently a lie". I had no other choice, so I selected the replacement tickets... and they also never showed up! I spoke with a customer service rep over the phone, who ended up hanging up on me. Their “FanProtect Guarantee” is meaningless. The event came and went and I was left with nothing. Don’t trust them.
