    Hulu has become nothing but a price…

    Hulu has become nothing but a price gouging, horribe service. Raise the price at will, half the time does not work or streaming sucks, try to watch while traveling, some remote services shit does not work. You will be done,, getting incorporated into Disney+, adios!

    It literally doesn’t even work

    It literally doesn’t even work. This is the 3rd day in a row where it’s still saying “we’re having trouble playing this right now” bull sht. After 3 daysss and many uninstalling to idk “refresh” the app it still doesn’t work after today. Seriously only want to watch 2 shows on here and would love to watch more but how?! When every time I go in there’s an error message; and don’t even bring up my internet cuz everything works just splendid but this app!

    Hulu has ruined my opinion on streaming services as a whole.

    I purchased the yearly plan for Hulu in April, and was paying for the monthly add-on of Disney plus. After Jimmy Kimmel's suspension, I called and canceled my subscription, but was promised that I would still have access to my accounts until the next renewal date (next year). I spoke to a representative with this request and asked if I would still be able to use my account until next year and I was assured that I would. They assured me that my access would not be revoked, and that my account was in good standing because I had paid for the year. The day of the price hike (10/21/2025), they canceled my account and revoked my access. I started my account on the 1st of the month and they did not even let me finish the current month. I've spoken to multiple live representatives now, and naturally, they claim that they have no record of my call with the first representative, the one who helped me with the cancelation process and answered my questions. This company is money-hungry and lies to it's customers. I'm having to fight with my bank to get any form of refund of my subscription, when all I want is just to have access until next April like I was promised. Hulu has genuinely ruined streaming services for me and I have canceled my other subscriptions because of this.

    Same old crap!

    Hulu sucks!!! It's nothing but buffering, restart, error codes, can't play at this time.... same old crap. Then if you ever get to talk to a real person, they can hardly speak English....same old crap. Then they want to say it's on your end.... same old crap.

    Sketchy

    I enjoy hulu more than other streaming services honestly. Yes theres a lot of annoying commercials but its something i can live with to watch shows i actually want to watch. After 2 months of having my account though they were telling me to be able to continue with hulu i needed to upgrade to the hulu disney+ bundle because hulu itself was no longer a thing. It was a couple cents more and i didnt really want disney but i was like fine i just want to continue watching my shows. For months they have been charging me for both hulu and disney separately so instead of 12.99 a month for borh i was being charge 12.99 and 11.99 each month since i have "2 accounts". So i tried canceling the bundle since i didnt want it in the first place. Hulu told me if i wanted to cancel i had to sign into disney disney told me i had to sign into hulu. Only "customer service" i can get is the bot that is of no use whatsoever. Ridiculous

    Hulu is the definition of…..

    Hulu’s current model is the definition of corporate greed. For a paid streaming service, the sheer number of ads is unacceptable — it feels more like traditional cable than a modern platform. When Hulu first launched, its biggest selling point was fewer commercial interruptions. That promise is long gone. Today, Hulu charges more than many of its competitors, yet still bombards users with ads. Why should anyone pay a premium price for an experience that feels outdated and cluttered? To make matters worse, the content library is underwhelming compared to what other streaming platforms offer — both in terms of variety and original programming. I can’t recommend Hulu to anyone. If you’re looking for value, fewer ads, and better content, you’ll find it elsewhere.

    I signed up for NFL network

    Hulu is as expensive as any other service and had way too many ads. If advertisers are paying Hulu, why are we paying also?

    Terrible company

    Terrible company. Almost impossible to cancel subscription. Took me 2 hours to cancel. Protesting Hulu's bending a knee to the felon in the white house! Never will return!

    SERVICE COULD NOT BE WORSE

    I got a subscription W/ADS for new seasons of shows I started last season. Here is what occurred. I could not get anything to stream for more than a minute or two. It would kick me out of HULU, didn't matter what show. I have no issue with any other streaming services or on my laptop. I called "tech support" on two different days. I spend OVER 2 1/2 hours with them trying to fix. No luck. I asked for a upgrade to a NO ads for a day to see if that would help-BIG FAT NO CAN DO! Really - it costs them nothing and now it cost them my subscription since I was forced to cancel. Disappointed that I can not finish watching the shows I started. Maybe when they combine services with Disney next year I can get that app to work.

    Worst service ever!!!

    Hulu is the absolute worst app I have ever purchased. Not worth the money they charge! Always shutting down. Hulu representative says it out tv, it too old. Every other app I have works on our TV besides Hulu. My husband wanted it because of hockey, after it was pulled from cable, but I absolutely hate it. It can take me 5 + time to reboot to finally get something to play. Its not cheap either. I do not have this problem with any other app. If I had my way, we would have cancelled it an saved our money. Other apps do much better and less expensive. If I could give this a minus 1 star I would!!??

    I enjoy Hulu and everything included…

    I enjoy Hulu and everything included except when I watch SVU I have to turn the volume up and when an ad comes on I have to readjust the volume every time. Can you guys fix that or am I stuck with the back and forth?

    Hulu is shady AF

    Hulu is so shady. First they cancel the Black Friday subscription price a month early; every other year you would have it until the next Black Friday. So I cancelled on September 30th, thinking I would be able to watch until October 29th which is the day of the month my subscription started. However, they changed my billing date, without telling me, and my subscription cancelled randomly on the 7th!! You can’t provide $1.99/month pricing, fine. Don’t try to sneakily change the price or due dates, hoping no one notices and gets charged the extra. Hulu & Disney are going downhill fast, if customer service is no longer a priority.

    I spent in excess of 3 hours to correct…

    I spent in excess of 3 hours to correct programming issue and Hulu offered no compensation while acknoledgeing that there system provided me with not direction/information regarding the issue for me than to know how to correct the issue. I called customer service and was dismissed. Please consider other streaming services such as Fubo - much better customer service!!!!

    I canceled Hulu today. All these awful lifetime movies, I just cant anymore. If I wanted LMN I'd get it. Blech. Loyal customer for 5 years. Hulu upping price again for garbage movies and overall poor quality. Byyyyyeeeee

    Canceling after nearly 2 decades

    I can’t log in to make changes to my Hulu account because they require a verification code that is sent via email, but I’m not getting their emails. They say it’s because I never went through email verification when I set up the account, and that’s because it didn’t exist back then. I joined Hulu under this account back when Hulu was by invitation only. The only fix for me to make ANY changes to my account would be to unsubscribe (lose everything) and resubscribe (start over) under a new email address. This is the ONLY option after a 40 minute phone call. I have never encountered an issue like this before and am amazed that there isn’t another solution.
