StubHub U.S. and Canada

On StubHub, my seats were marketed as “phenomenal,” with an impressive preview. The tiny “SRO” note made the listing completely misleading while showing an awesome view with "Phenomenal". In reality, the view was fully obstructed and the “seat” was standing room only. StubHub does nothing to clearly label SRO—just a tiny tag. I contacted customer support three times; each time they hid behind the SRO fine print. This is misleading advertising that encourages scamming behavior. These tickets were three times more expensive than upper-level seats, and I couldn’t see anything. Thank you, StubHub, for bad UX/UI and for enabling this. I will never use your site again.

Great price on tix for a sold out show! Seats were higher up than I'd prefer but my camera zoomed in and we had a clear view. Acoustics at United Center were great. NINs put on an incredible show!

It was a terrific concert! And being able to find tickets when it was advertised as being sold out was great. The tickets came right on time.

Stubhub's site is easy enough to use, but if you need customer service, good luck. I received tickets today for a game in two days. The tickets don't match the original posting. It has a similar section number, but I paid for club seats and these were an entirely different levels of tickets. The issue is that the seat map showed the tickets in the wrong section. I called the number, which connects you with an off-shore call center. The representative started off ready to say "no," and it went downhill from there. I asked to have my request escalated, and be argued with me for 10 minutes about how that wasn't necessary before hanging up on me. I tried the chat function and again the representative was just as argumentative. He kept asking me to take screenshots of the Stubhub app, which doesn't allow screenshots. Surely I can't be the first person to hit that issue. He told me to "watch my email" before disconnecting the chat. The whole point of Stubhub is not to get ripped off by ticket scams. I got totally incorrect tickets. At least if I bought them outside the stadium, I wouldn't have to pay a fee to get ripped off.

The process was easy to purchase the tickets, unfortunately the date of the concert changed, we could not get our money back, we could only try to sell the tickets. We did end up going, so it all worked out, customer service was very good explaining the ticket download process to my phone as it was the first time I purchased tickets this way.

Parking was great! Our seats were upfront and personal. The fact that i was on T.V more than a few times was awesome. I made an orange sign that said: YOU GOT TO BELEIVE!.Maybe i will make the year book?

Easy to find desired game/date, easy order process and loved pictures of what we would see from our seats.

The show was really good although the seat map wasn't entirely accurate, which affected my purchase decision and seat selection. The map indicated that there was a section of stage that extended into the crowd at field level. That was not the case.

I got my tickets within five minutes into my email box

it was a smoothest event I have ever been to. The staff was great, and were very efficient. The bathroom attendant had a great system and you never had to wait in line.

Purchased tickets for 2 separate events on StubHub. Tickets were easy to access via StubHub site. No issues entering stadium

I purchased Bad Bunny Tickets for his Puerto Rico Residency. When we arrived at the show, it was packed. We also heard people were having problems with their online purchased tickets from other retailers and not getting in. We were able to walk right in with no ticket issues to see an amazing concert. My family really enjoyed the show, Thanks StubHub!
