AVOID - Disgusting customer service
The young boys working at Squirrel need a lesson in manners. I’ve worked in customer service myself and am appalled by the manner in which I’ve been spoken to, on several occasions, by the call staff. To be a prospective customer and have churlish remarks made as well as rude and derogatory questions, whilst only trying to have an offer honoured by the company, is quite frankly disgusting. A quick tip: being rude and tactless does not get the best out of people, nor will it expand your customer base. This ‘company’ seems to be a couple of uni students in a dormitory taking calls and doing as they please. What’s more, you can only get to speak to a forked-tongued ‘advisor’ 9-5, so God help you should you have any problems after installation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS P.S in view of Squirrel’s reply… the engineers had encouraged me to investigate the matter before they began the installation, and were equally appalled by the ‘customer service’ I encountered!
