Installation and connection was fine but there is a minor complaint -The router is not dispatched until day of the install, Friday. Fortunately it did arrive ( literally) just before the previous supplier cut off their connection. Not exactly Squirrels fault but it would have been better to have received the router earlier and saved the anxiety of wondering if the family was facing a weekend without the internet. Also would have liked an option of wall mounted router as it has to go into a specific location. Though the model supplied does has have the facility to hang on the wall from screws, the cable ports are also located on the back. - not the brightest if designs.

Installation was done on the date that was chosen. That went well. The following day the router came and was easy enough to set up. Internet is really good and get much better speeds than I did with previous company. So far there aren't any negatives. All is good
The switching experience if you remove the ISP I was moving from was very smooth. In the course of switching I had to call my previous supplier many times and inadvertently called Squirrel once and it was answered in person before I realised I called the wrong supplier. Took over 30 minutes battling through the menu options and the query still didn't get resolved. Such a refreshing change.
It was as nice to be able to call and speak to a person, details of my order and the installation was put in simple easy to understand terms.
On phoning for assistance, the phone was answered promptly and the advice received was clear and helpful

Friendly staff, tidy working, no mess outside after digging up slabs and putting them back down, couldn't tell that they dug them up

Everything went absolutely bang on, the only thing was that the router took a few days longer than expected, wouldn't it be better if the engineer brought it with him, then it could have been up and running the same day, but it's a brilliant job done ✔️
