Unreliable and rubbish support
About twice a month get between 0.5 and 2.5 mbs and everything that relies in internet stop working. TV etc. partly I think because they did not sure the router where they said they would when we agreed to contact. Vey hard to speak to a human in support. Have to do the same stuff that I did when Kcom went wrong except by text chat and just as awkward as where they insisted on putting the router, because it was easier for them, is behind furniture
