Purchasing Gift Cards

The website did not accept my valid shipping address. Called customer service they reported no issues with the web site and offered an alternate website for purchasing. This website did not offer payment with Paypal or Discover card (not an option for me) Tried again next day to enter order and received same invalid shipping address message. The system asks the user to accept the corrections no corrects can be found on the page, user is unable to proceed. Selected "PRINT eGIFT" option. This option allows the purchaser to add "From" information and a "Message" to the recipient, but the recipient never sees this message for a printed gift card, these fields should only be offered on the option to send a EMAIL eGIFT, and not the printed copy, there is no point. When I received the email for the printed gift card the verbiage it more geared towards a recipient of the gift card and not the purchaser. For example "you have received a spa finder card' and "your gift card has been opened". This was confusing. I had to call custom service to be sure that I was not redeeming the card on behalf of the recipient if I click the link. I was provided email address spafinder at customerservice dot com to report my issues, and my email was sent back to me as undeliverable.
