Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Quick and efficient process from booking to the transfer to and from the ship. After arriving we were on our way to the ship within 10mins. Returning was just a quick and seamless. Text 30mins before getting off the ship and transport was there waiting. Quick 5 minute drive to pick the car up which was out waiting for us and on our way as soon as we had our luggage loaded. Would definitely recommend and use again

Great Service at a Competitive Price
Great service at a competitive price. They took great care of my car whilst away. Transport to and from the ship made our trip really stress free - I would have no hesitation in using them again

Definitely recommend …
Easy to book online with comprehensive instructions on how to find them. Quick and easy transfer to cruise terminal and on return straight off ship into waiting transfer and car ready and waiting for us. Definitely recommend. Friendly and helpful staff and drivers

Overall good experience
Online booking was easy and very comprehensive instructions for arrival at the car park and return instructions. When you arrive there’s a single strip of spaces to drop your car and handover your key for the drivers to later move your car into the warehouse. You leave your keys with them. When we arrived it was quite busy and the organisation was a bit hap hazard but we only waited 15minutes to be taken to the port. There were other people arriving and there was nowhere for them to park so it was getting backed up quite quickly, although didn’t impact us. Followed instructions on the way back and sent a text 30 minutes before leaving the ship, collected our luggage and as we came outside the driver was there. Text again to say with the driver, as per the instructions. Got a message back saying the driver is on the way, so a bit of misunderstanding but again no impact to us. Got back to the parking place and they brought our car out straight away. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Shame to read the other reviews because our experience was really smooth and easy to use. Although I can see how it could be a challenge during extremely busy periods.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE
Cruise date 24th to 31st of May 2025 on the Sky Princess to the Norwegian fjords. We had no when problem dropping the car off and the transfer to the port was efficient in a large minibus with a separate trailer for the luggage. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE on the return journey. We contacted the company as instructed before disembarking the ship and went to the blue flag pick up point as instructed. We waited at least an hour and a half for the transport to collect us, we were near the front of the queue with at least another 80 people or more behind us, I wouldn’t like to estimate how long they were waiting. A single 8 seater minibus was doing a round trip that took an hour each time to complete, It could only take around 6 people in with their luggage. I phoned twice and an AGGRESSIVELY RUDE man answered taking no responsibility and blamed traffic, however other companies notably the one with the penguin logo had a constant stream of minibuses arriving and there was also a constant stream of private hire taxis arriving. The minibus driver was a lovely guy doing his best and apologised for the mess, he phoned repeatedly for help and explained how many people were waiting and was told the other drivers had been sent to the other 5 terminals. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY unless you want a stressful miserable end to an otherwise lovely holiday. I wrote this review also on their Facebook page yesterday and it has been removed overnight. I can also see on Trustpilot that other travellers who must have been in the queue have posted a similar review to this and also others dating back to earlier this year so I don’t know where they are getting 5 star reviews from.

Excellent service
Easy drop off. On return we followed the instructions, sent a text to the company and our minibus arrived around 15 minutes later. My car was waiting to load our cases so we were on our way half an hour after getting off the ship.
