Overall good experience
Online booking was easy and very comprehensive instructions for arrival at the car park and return instructions. When you arrive there’s a single strip of spaces to drop your car and handover your key for the drivers to later move your car into the warehouse. You leave your keys with them. When we arrived it was quite busy and the organisation was a bit hap hazard but we only waited 15minutes to be taken to the port. There were other people arriving and there was nowhere for them to park so it was getting backed up quite quickly, although didn’t impact us. Followed instructions on the way back and sent a text 30 minutes before leaving the ship, collected our luggage and as we came outside the driver was there. Text again to say with the driver, as per the instructions. Got a message back saying the driver is on the way, so a bit of misunderstanding but again no impact to us. Got back to the parking place and they brought our car out straight away. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Shame to read the other reviews because our experience was really smooth and easy to use. Although I can see how it could be a challenge during extremely busy periods.
