Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Prompt and helpful service!

Dropoff was really easy, they offered help with our bags, and shuttled us over to the terminal fine. Coming back a week later was also fine - the customer helpline was helpful, and the shuttle ran every 15 mins. In short, prompt and helpful service, competitive rates, and really good to see a new company get itself off the grount - thank you!

Arrival fine; departure dreadful

The arrival went fine dropped off the car and all good. The 5 minutes on the holiday extras blurb is more like 35 minutes and could be more if the traffic is bad. On disembarking we were told to wait at a particular part of the car zone, where we gathered with some others who had already been waiting for an hour!! We then waited for an hour and when the minibus eventually turned up it could only take the previous people ( who by then had been waiting two hours) . Luckily another minibus came which we got onto only to be followed by lots more people who had been told to wait somewhere completely different!! Chaos!!!

Cruise Parking Services - Taxi Payment.

A very good service from a new company. On arrival in Southampton, after a great cruise, we were advised to travel by taxi to the premises of the company. We had a really helpful taxi driver who we paid. We were reimbursed by the company the next day. Really excellent service!

Good service

There was a bit of chaos at the port but SCPS asked us to get a taxi to their terminal and they would refund the money which they did. They phoned me a few times to remind me. It's a new company and they were still working on the customer area but I'm sure it'll be lovely when finished. Although very busy the staff were all friendly and the drop off and collection of our car went smoothly. Will definitely use again.
