Booked a holiday and lost money due to their deceit - would never recommend this company. They are relentless at start in order to get your booking but after that service is non existent. I would never recommend this company. Edited: in response to your reply you already have my booking number and have been dealing with us (unsuccessfully) therefore I don’t feel I need to send it again via this forum.

Not recommended at all , They want the customer to book the ticket at any trick , after that they do not care about the customer at all specially their costmer service staff
We wanted to book a holiday on Sothall travel, we spoke to Basu, he increased the price by £300, but in the end we agreed on a price, then he sent this offer to our email, the price was another £700 higher and Basu never called back. Complete ignorance and waste of our time. Don't be fooled, this looks like a scam.
I wasn’t able to travel for my mum’s funeral due to covid restrictions. Southall travel did not want to refund the unused ticket so I claimed the monies back from the credit card. They threatened, intimidated, bullied and took me to court. They hassled and harassed me a OAP for 4 years as they wanted me to pay them the monies I claimed from the credit card. The judge dismissed the case and granted me the expenses for the day. I know my consumers rights, if this wasn’t the case this travel agent would have filled their own pockets with free monies! Evan has been a pleasure to speak with. I had to reschedule my flights and he went all the way to find me the cheapest option available and dates. Within minutes he finalised the trip and secured me the itinerary. I highly appreciate his polite efficient approach. He is an asset to Southall travel.

We arranged a multi stop holiday to India with Southall Travel in February 2025. The trip was fabulous and Suparna was extremely helpful, friendly and professional in ensuring that it ran smoothly.

Having booked with Southall Travel since 2017, we have always received swift and efficient service from them, especially with Sammy last week who has helped us so much to book our dream holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Sammy, as we enquired with so many different routes to get to the Maldives (where they specialise in the Indian Ocean) and offered many islands and transport options. We booked (as we did last year) and we thank Sammy for the hard work and service provided and would recommend Southall Travel to any future customer.
