I booked my flight with Dhruv and he’s very kind and helpful guy.

We booked our flights and hotel with southall travel back in August 2024 for our trip this month (May 2025) going to Malta. Myself, my husband and my mother in law were all travelling and we’d booked, paid our deposit as requested and made the final payment when it was due. When it came to check in with BA (24hours) before we were due to fly, my husband went online and went through the normal process, only to find that our travel agent Veer had put us on two separate bookings which meant that my mother in law was sat at the back of the plane and we were at the front. We made it very clear at the beginning that this is a booking altogether and not separate. I can only think that the travel agent veer has put this on two separate bookings for his sales commission?! I don’t know the reason why he did this but it was absolutely ridiculous as going there and flying back we were separated from our mum. I won’t be booking again with southall travel due to this.

This is our 2nd time booking with Southall travels. They have been very helpful .Special thanks to Anish for dealing with our booking.

I spoke to Felix this afternoon and was very pleased with the service I received. He understood my anxiety booking online and trusting people as I have been a victim of fraud before. He was reassuring throughout the process. He was honest and transparent and provided information I requested in a timely manner. His professionalism and customer care is evident. The price I was quoted was fair too. Although, not negotiable but fair overall. I would recommend Fly Sharp and highly recommend speaking to Felix if like me you require more time and information before you can make a decision.

Fantastic service. Sammy has got it all spot on right through the booking service. We’ve been to the resort before, so no worries on that front. Sammy got us the flights, transfers and hotel we were after.
