I needed flights at relatively short notice. I spoke to Karan Bali who managed to find just what I needed. He was helpful, courteous, patient, and polite. I am grateful to him and Southall Travel

Why Won’t You Refund My Money ? I have replied to your questions but you have not contact me. We have been a victim of a SCAM that involved paying a £1200 deposit to Southall Travel. We do not have any evidence that Southall Travel are involved in the SCAM but after repeated requests they are refusing to refund this money. PLEASE PLEASE RETURN OUR £1200 WE WERE TRICKED INTO PAYING YOU. The case has been referred to the government FRAUD department and have been issued with an official crime number. We have explained the situation to the airline and they have reassured us that Southall Travel can release the flights without penalty. Sadly after numerous calls to Southall Travel we have have repeatedly been told “ IT IS NOT OUR POLICY TO REFUND DEPOSITS “ In the words or Southall Travel “ the only person we can discuss this with is the person that sent the booking email “ THE SCAMMER ! They have no sympathy for our situation. Fortunately we realised the scam prior to paying the balance but as of today we have still lost £1200. Southall Travel, you have confirmed we have been scammed, you have been advised you have no penalty charges by the airline, it is very very poor of you to keep our hard earned money for no reason whatsoever. POTENTIAL CLIENTS BE CAUTIOUS, NO REFUNDS IF YOU ARE SCAMMED I have replied to Southall travel with my contact details ( no contact has been made by ST) as explained the scammer made all communications with ST so I do not have any booking reference I have made numerous attempts to resolve with no ST they do not return my calls as of 15 March Southall Travel PLEASE PLEASE RETURN MY
We always go with South hall Travel for our multi holidays, we managed to get a great deal on our holiday to Qatar, Maldives and Dubai with great hotels and service throughout. We unfortunately did miss a flight but southhall did stay with us throughout to try help us through the issue we had to deal with, I highly recommend Jacob he is always professional and helps to get the best deals and keeps you up to date with the holiday documents.
Another excellent experience with Southall Travel, Evan was able listen to our requirements and book our dream trip. The price was extremely competitive. Evan was always available on email or phone to answer any concerns. We have since recommended to multiple family member who have now booked trips. Thanks so much Evan. We look forward to booking another holiday soon.

In November, Vandana of Southall Travel was brilliant and booked us cheap direct flights to India with Virgin. Last week, we were scammed by two crafty individuals pretending to be Southall Travel. They kept saying that payments had not gone through. In fact, they were repeatedly taking money from our debit cards. They also took money via a Western Union transfer. We have reported them to the Police, Indian authorities and UK banks. TO HELP AVOID BEING SCAMMED: 1. Do not communicate with agents on Whatsapp 2. Directly call Southall Travel yourself, using the number from their website. Currently 020 8843 4444 3. If you are told that a payment has not gone through, please check with your bank before giving more money. 4. Southall Travel do NOT use Western Union at all. 5. Please check the email address carefully. This company had a similar (but different) email address. With the real Southall Travel, I have only had good experiences. I would just like to express my thanks to Southall travel for the upmost helpful and excellent service provided. Sammy took my enquiry and explained everything to me in fine details. Not only did Sammy take me through everything even after I left my deposit I could reach out to ask any questions and she would call me back as soon as she received the message. This was a holiday package for my wife's 50th birthday and it was fantastic, everything from the booking to our driver Pardeep who guided us everyday. There were no hidden surprises and we got everything that we wished for. I was recommended to Southall travel from an existing customer of yours that we met on another holiday, when he mentioned Southall travel my words were ( Are they still around ) I asked this because I worked in West London in the 90s and they were highly thought of then. I have been back less that three weeks and have already called Sammy to book another holiday. Thank you
Naina at Southall Travel cutomised our three week trip to India to meet our requirements. The trip for four people went seamlessly starting in the bustling city of Delhi encompassing the "Golden Triangle" and Varanassi before travelling south ending with sunset at the tip of India. All drivers and guides were competent, efficent and friendly, willingly adjusting to meet specific requests. We will be recommending Southall Travel to friends and family and look forward to planning future trips with Naina.

I paid Southall travel £1,500 for a return ticket that should have cost no more than £1,000. On my return journey, I had an emergency and needed to change my flight approximately five hours before departure. I understand that last-minute cancellations typically result in minimal refunds. However, when I called Southall Travel, they offered me a pathetic refund of £15-£20 for a no-show. Instead of genuinely helping, they offered me a “discounted” flight for £555, claiming it was only because I had already paid for my original ticket. A quick online search showed the same flight available for £300. They showed zero empathy for my emergency and were more interested in profiting from my situation rather than offering a fair price. Their lack of ethics and compassion is appalling. Avoid them at all costs!
Spoke to Noah about package holiday to Dubai. We had specific requirements like location, flights and budget- which were met. Noah was direct, to the point and very competent at his job. Will book again and ask for Noah for sure.
