No Accountability No Integrity DO NOT BOOK
Contacted Southall travels for a holiday gave my details over to their agent Sanjeev. Once details were exchanged, I received a call from an agent from southall travels supposedly that after paying a substantial amount of my holiday which was over 6 thousands, They wanted more money and that if I didn’t pay my holiday would be cancelled. Further to me letting them know that they had taken 2 further payments from my credit card and that I would not be paying anything more till the payments were returned to my account. Emails were sent to me and confirmations . Only to find out that this was a scammer. So either Southall travels have breached my information as they were the only company that I called for a holiday and booked or they have a mole in their department as an agent that shares customer data to scammers. As we were told that all phone calls are recorded we have asked them to send this through to the fraud department. I also recorded the conversation with the scammer and Southall travels I’ve contacted the fraud team and luckily all the money that was payed for and is being retrieved . In all honesty this company is a sham to take no accountability that they have employees in their company that can’t be trusted with personal data , they have breached all laws of being a reputable travel agency .
