Booked a holiday and lost money due to their deceit - would never recommend this company. They are relentless at start in order to get your booking but after that service is non existent. I would never recommend this company. Edited: in response to your reply you already have my booking number and have been dealing with us (unsuccessfully) therefore I don’t feel I need to send it again via this forum.

This company has a lot of churn in account managers and an incompetent accounts and management team. They sell well with promises and fail to deliver. There were so many tax issues which were caused by them making mistakes. This continued on a regular basis.
