Excellent service by Karan Bali .

We had are flights cancelled and nobody was willing to help us until me met BRAD this guy has been fantastic from start to finish he organised all my flights directly with AIR INDIA I mean we cannot thank him enough he has really made us proud today 5 star service from this guy he should be a manager there as the rest of the advisors really didn’t care about us but BRAD did everything for us in a short time thanks again

I opened a dialogue with Dhruv and made various changes as my plans materialised. Dhruv was most patient and managed to secure the best price which was better then the Sky Scanner prices. Drew was professional and empathetic to my needs . I felt reassured in the day and age of internet scams.
