The covers didn't fit, and they weren't the level of protection that they claimed on their website. I called to return. The third-party agent said a return label would come in 24 hours. It did not. So I reached out through the Soothing Home website. There was no answer. So I replied to one of their marketing emails and corresponded with Chelsea. First, she offered a 50% refund with no return. I didn't think that made sense. So she instructed me to unpackage all of the product with pictures of codes and care labels. It was over 30 photos. She said when they got them they would request a return label from the warehouse. It never came. I followed up, was ghosted. Had to be resolved through PayPal. They issued a refund due to no response from Soothing Home. Order was received on Feb 28 and it took until April 23 to be resolved.
