je suis canadien français et j'ai remplis tout le formulaire d'adhésion en français et maintenant vous communiqué avec moi en Anglais. C'est quoi le problème au juste? J'ai hâte de voir si jamais j'ai une réclamation a faire. Il semblerait que je n'avais pas sélectionné français. Pourtant toute a été fait en français. En tous cas, ça devrait être en français le prochain coup.

Fairly easy to order online insurance. I am moving into the Lower unit. I have tried to enter this under "Suite" but it will not add the lower suite to my address for the policy.

Garbage company. Will constantly raise your premium no matter how long you've been with the company and give you little to no explanation, and if you cancel your insurance with them, they charge you 30% of your total policy. Terrible customer service as well.

I had a payment update for a yearly renewal. The agent was quick, informative and friendly. She also reached out after we were disconnected to verify the payment will go through promptly on the day it was suppose too.

Speaking with the agent was really good. As an elderly person it was great to have the lady explain all the different areas of the quote. She was most pleasant and helpful. Also liked that there was no pressure and room to ask questions. As far as agents this is one of the best have encountered.
