Truly disappointing and disgusting with…
Truly disappointing and disgusting with this company. I had extremely high hopes for this company. I waited for several weeks for my large sectional Freedom Collection and the arm chair. It was quite difficult to place together came in many boxes. After reviewing each piece the arm chair had issues with the fabric under neath and being stained along with burnt marks. I even had sap from the wood under the main sofa but we decided to keep it anyway we waited so long. Anyhow we said we like to send the arm chair that was damaged back. I called within 24 hours after receiving and they said send pictures and email and so I did. Then they said they will get back to me. 14 emails back and finally an answer. They will take it back. Yet need to find a place to pick the boxes up. We have went back and forth for almost 3 months now and still they are here and I still have not had a refund of 1800 dollars. I called my bank made a claim I have emailed them along with the shipping company and no actions. I’m so exhausted and sick that a company can run and manage this way. I will never ever purchase a sofa from Soka Homes again and I would never recommend for you to purchase one either. This entire process has taken away the joy of this shopping experience over $ 8,500 dollars.
