Purchased Windows 10 complete with full good instructions to upgrade my 13 year old loved and still very reliable Samsung 540 up from Windows 7. After only minor hiccups loading up the new system the computer now works perfectly, much better & faster but not quite up to the speed of my recently purchased laptop. Needed a win 10 cd rom. Arrived within two days. Asked for the cd key that comes in an email and received it within one hour. Great service and no problems.

Excellent service. I was sceptical at first as I had never heard of this company, but the digital product I purchased (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019) was received via email same day, was installed within minutes and could be used straight away. Email containing product key came with clear step by step instructions for those unfamiliar with installing software themselves.

I ordered Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus download. I must admit I was sceptical as prices on the Internet ranged anywhere from £6 to £599. I took a chance and it was all downloaded and installed without a single hitch within minutes. Follow the guidelines in the email, especially about logging out of Microsoft and uninstalling Office. What more can I say? Perfect, and for only £29.95

I was worried, very worried, about non-legit vendors. The website puts one's mind at rest straight away - knowledgeable, helpful online chat facility (and tech support - but I didn't need to use that). I bought Office 2019 Professional Pro 64 bit, (as a download). Within 2 hours it was loaded (one has to wait a bit for the product key). I even cocked it up and loaded the 32-bit version by accident, but simply uninstalled that, went through the process again and loaded the 64-bit version. Given all the things that can do wrong loading software, this was a dream.

How refreshing to find a knowledgable, helpful software supplier. I need to sort out my MS Office software but creakingly slow download speeds meant I wanted something supplied on hard media. I’d discounted Office 2019 as I’d only seen it available as a download however Software Base advised it was the better product and were able to provide it on a USB. The media arrived next day with clear instructions I emailed them for the license key and double-checked I would be uninstalling the old Office software correctly; more clear instructions came with the key. Installation and activation on a PC and a laptop were completely straightforward. If you are a tekkie whizz-kid you probably won’t need this level of customer service but for those of us who don’t install or upgrade software every day the advice and support provided by Software Base is invaluable. More than happy to recommend them.

I consider myself a dinosaur and a cynical one at that so I was dubious about buying from other than a well known source. However I decided to take a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. The licence key and detailed instructions were delivered by email within about 4 hours. I read the detailed instructions carefully, then read them again/watched the videos. I followed the instructions to the letter, guess what - it loaded perfectly, worked first time - it did what it said on the tin. I did not have cause to use their customer service which is the only reason I've given 4 stars, but on the part of the service I used it merits 5 stars. I would definitely use again.

Very helpful company, not pushy at all, gave great advice on the potential upgrade of an ageing laptop, which now works fine to support my children with their home schooling, and turned the potential of needing to buy a brand new laptop into a £29 upgrade cost, and a bit of my time (and their time to support me). I bought office 2016 pro, delivery was quick and efficient, help instructions were fine. After my notebook had to be repaired and was set back I asked software base for the installation key a second time and received it without problem. Very good service indeed, I highly recommend them!

I bought 2 Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 Licence Key today, and received the licence key via email after 4 hours later. You do receive email confirmation once you purchase just the licence key comes along later on (1-8 hours waiting). It was one key licence but works for 2 different laptop and under 2 different email addresses. The team member has been very helpful as I need to remove my old office from the laptops and he walked me through the process and stayed throughout. Very good customer service, very happy with his help. I will buy other software from them soon as I need to update my desktop software too. The price is really good and the software is working !!!! Ordered software for Adobe CC All apps annual pass, Price on site when purchasing was ~£250, the order said it would take 1-8 hours to be delivered via email. Got an email back within a few hours stating the item was out of stock, when clearly it was in stock at a price £300 higher, I messaged them on their live chat instant refund to paypal (still takes 5 days to debit to my account) but then having to wait a week in order to find an alternative source.
