I was sceptical at first as I had never heard of this company, but the digital product I purchased (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019) was received via email same day, was installed within minutes and could be used straight away. Email containing product key came with clear step by step instructions for those unfamiliar with installing software themselves.
