They dealt effectively with a misunderstanding about the procedure, and gave advice on the appropriate licences. Both the Office 2019 install and the Windows Pro upgrade were fine.
After researching a number of companies to purchase genuine Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus I came across Software Base. After my purchase I received an email with the Product Key which had to be used on the Microsoft official site to download the software. I contacted Software Base via chat and also via phone regarding straightforward queries and on both occasions they were extremely helpful.
