How refreshing to find a knowledgable, helpful software supplier. I need to sort out my MS Office software but creakingly slow download speeds meant I wanted something supplied on hard media. I’d discounted Office 2019 as I’d only seen it available as a download however Software Base advised it was the better product and were able to provide it on a USB. The media arrived next day with clear instructions I emailed them for the license key and double-checked I would be uninstalling the old Office software correctly; more clear instructions came with the key. Installation and activation on a PC and a laptop were completely straightforward. If you are a tekkie whizz-kid you probably won’t need this level of customer service but for those of us who don’t install or upgrade software every day the advice and support provided by Software Base is invaluable. More than happy to recommend them.
