I have used Snellers St Margarets as a letting agent for several years to fully manage my properties. I recently had a complicated maintenance issue which was handled by Geeta Sharma and I was very impressed with the way she proactively managed the situation, communicating between myself, the tenants and various trades to resolve a time sensitive issue to everyone's satisfaction.

I've had dealings with various property managers within Snellers since inheriting the flat from my father that they have managed for years. It's currently Shaun Brayshaw, who has been prompt, efficient and courteous in dealing with my queries and assorted issues. I can recommend the company based on many years of family experience.

Sophie Sheppard is who I've been dealing with and I must say she's a cut above the rest when it comes to dealing with the problems we have while having our property rented which is not easy when you're living out of the UK so thanks Sophie for being my eyes and ears can't say fairer than that

I have a good tenant, who pays the rent on time, so I want to keep them happy. Unfortunately, they are not hesitant about reporting every little detail of "things that need to be done". I am so pleased to have someone like Sophie Sheppard who can sort thins out and keep the tenant happy.
