I have had Kieron as my main contact at Snellers Twickenham for the last few years with regard to renting out a couple of houses and he has always been fantastic to deal with…efficient, friendly and thoughtful. But recently he has surpassed himself. I had a very difficult issue with one of my houses to solve. He came up with a fantastic solution to unlock the problem and then followed it through all the stages needed to get it to a resolution. I was so impressed with his whole process and it got me out of a difficult situation with everyone happy with the end result. Thanks Kieron I really appreciate all your help and expertise.
