We had two flat tires along the way. When we pick up the unit we told the staff that the wheels are a little bit soft but he told us that it is only due to the inclination of the road. Good thing we arrive safe but a little bit late on our destination. The day after they replaced the unit with a new one. But will surely be a customer when I return for another vacation.

When sending out the paperwork for the booking it would be helpful to have the phone numbers together. After hours pick up, daytime pick up, after hours drop off numbers. Local and international failing numbers. When the client is returning a vehicle after hours having a return address instead of Auckland airport would make the return easier. To much confusion with the information provided.
