Great car and easily the cheapest in QTown! A bit further from airport so if picking after hrs will need a taxi to get there.

I have been using Snap since they bought out U Save and they have always provided excellent service at a great price. The access to cars and timing to get to and from the airport make my trips to Auckland worth while as I provide personal development training for schools without big budgets. So using Snap helps make that viable.

Our rental was until 8pm of the day. We reached the Auckland Airport depot to return the car at around 7:50 PM, just a few minutes before closing time. The staff informed us that there were no more shuttle buses to the airport for the day, as the last shuttle had already left at 7:45 PM. We were completely shocked to hear this—and even more surprised when the staff told us to book an Uber ourselves at our own cost. Great, $13 spent for a 3-minute ride. The staff had never informed us about the 7:45 PM shuttle cut-off when we picked up the car. Their website clearly states that the depot operates until 8 PM, with shuttle service available during operating hours. This is totally unacceptable. Throughout the return process, the staff had not welcome or greeted us with a smile face, that even pissed us. Car condition was so-so and chipped windscreen. We will definitely not use Snap again.

Very reliable and very responsive in emails considering I'm a foreign tourist! Car is well maintained, clean and no hassle in pick-up in Christchurch and drop-off in Queenstown. The airport shuttle to the office branch is also helpful, waiting time was only 5mins. Thank you
