Shuttle arrived from the airport in a reasonable time. The car was clean and what I had booked. The check in process was easy enough.
Snap rentals were very helpful from the booking system to picking up on the door. Customer service team were very friendly especially the van driver that picked up myself and other patrons.
Awesome experience reliable and wud recommend to all my family and friends

Website relatively intuitive to make a booking on. Rental Car pricing good value for money. Christchurch airport depot staff were Customer centric and efficient. The inability to contact NZ personnel for queries was frustrating because I struggled to understand dialect of the South African Call Centre personnel.
Thank you so much for your car rental service it was very nice to be in your upgraded vehicle wwas truly amazing, it was very spacious, easy to drive and was low on petrol usage. The man who served me was very happy & he was really amazing with his customer service skills, he was helpful fixing sqeaky wiper blades and connecting my blue tooth to my phone. Great experience with Snap rentals, our booking was last minute & my partner had booked the wrong day but they were able to help us out as we had paid the full amount anyway. Awesome, quick, friendly company to go with n the service was 1000%. Will totally be renting from them again
