Snap rentals is amazing ! I had an awesome experience with them in Queenstown. I ended up injuring myself skiing and ended up in crutches travelling solo with a 5 year old. On the trip back to the airport Luke was just amazing helping me with all my bags and coming into the airport with me to bring my bags to bag drop. Couldn’t be more grateful for you guys ! Thank you so much

Nice experience

Great shuttle service and quick in and out with the car. Basic corolla, well presented and easy to collect and return. Smiles all round from the staff.

Great to deal with from booking to pick up and drop off. We unfortunately had someone hit our car and Snap made it very straight forward to navigate through.

just wanted to share my experience with the rental. I booked a medium-grade car, not the cheapest option, but I feel like they gave me the most basic one. The USB charger doesn’t work and I needed that, and I only noticed at night that one of the headlights isn’t working. I picked the car up in the morning so I didn’t check the lights earlier. That was a problem for me when driving at night.

Very quick and especially friendly service. Don't know the advisors name but she was very good. Nice car, no problems, and nice prompt pick up from the terminal and drop-off too. Highly recommended. Oh and great price also!
