We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. Was on originally with another agent but changed to Smith&Friends when I felt let down. The pictures were much more professional, a floor plan (which I think is very important) was included as standard, and property sold within a week. Great sales progression by Nicola and kept fully informed at each step. I’m an agent in another area and couldn’t fault them
