We sold our house in thornaby through smith and friends and Lindsey and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. We would highly recommend them for future house sales
Very stressful time with solicitors but with the help of Rachel who helped every step of the way kept us up to date with what was happening and advising what steps to take . Would not have got through it without her

A fantastic company to deal with. They guided me through my purchase which was seamless then due to work I moved away and became a landlord which again was a very good experience and investment. I have recently sold the property as I am going to relocate to a different part of the country, it’s a shame the agents here aren’t the same I have experience with Smith & Friends.

Excellent customer service for buyers. Through the whole process of buying my first property the team at Smith & Friends were friendly and informative. Once my offer had been accepted they provided all the paperwork quickly and kept me updated on information on where the seller was in the process by calling to keep me informed. This was appreciated and made it clear they were also trying to progress the sale as quick as possible.
