Was on originally with another agent but changed to Smith&Friends when I felt let down. The pictures were much more professional, a floor plan (which I think is very important) was included as standard, and property sold within a week. Great sales progression by Nicola and kept fully informed at each step. I’m an agent in another area and couldn’t fault them
