We pretty much left it all up to them and They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy for us. We can't fault their communication and attention to detail and work ethic. I've used Robinsons Hartlepool for buying and selling a couple of properties now and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. From start to finish Robinsons were fantastic. I no longer live in the area and had to do it all remotely but this was no issue. Advice on what was needed to help sell my property and achieve my desired price was perfect and the speed at which they acted in listed and selling was amazing. They helped with any snags that came up and couldn't do enough for me. The property sold quickly and (apart from a last minute boiler issue!), seamlessly. Huge thanks to the team for everything they did and I wouldn't hesitate to use again should the opportunity arise.

We have used both the Hartlepool and Middlesbrough branches in the past and always found the staff helpful and friendly, we would have no hesitation in using them again.
