Applied for a loan 10 days ago. Was asked to access my transactions and I gave the access. It's been 10 days now and no answer from them.

Applied for a loan , was requested to allow them access my bank information through my money hub UK or some website like that , not sure if my application has even gone through? Can someone help me

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND CONTEMPTUOUS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. Thinking they’re clever by saying the loan I CANCELLED WAS DECLINED. If there’s any trace of this or your OBVIOUSLY BROKE organisation on my credit report I’ll spend ten times the value of the loan to drag you through court. Had a loan approved nearly three weeks ago. Told it would be in the account in 48 hours as I needed the money until payday for car repairs went ahead with repairs on the basis of what I was told. THREE WEEKS LATER STILL NO MONEY and couldn’t get my car back! REPEATED EMAILS only to get the same reply assuring me it would be there in 48 hours. Up to 12 emails sent to two different “departments” its either the same reply or IGNORED COMPLETELY Called and kept getting the same guy who hadn’t a clue where he was. And was also IMPOSSIBLE to UNDERSTAND. Said, quote: “Its in payment stage” said it will be there tomorrow, then it Was to be the following Monday. He Claimed he had no way to get in touch with the “finance dept” as if it actually exists. It also sounded like this individual was being “coached” while on the call and making it up as they went along. Also I’d be interested to know do your staff, in particular the BOZO that answers the phone have the necessary permissions and paperwork to work in this country. Another aspect of this fiasco that I put to my local TD in Killarney as a concern. Since an affordability check was done through my bank I’m treating this with the UTMOST SERIOUSNESS. Upon calling again I was then told it would be in my account today and of course it isn’t. SO I CANCELLED THE LOAN as it’s pointless now and I’ve no need for it. I asked for confirmation of that. And being typical of their incredibly unprofessional attitude they sent an email saying my loan was “declined” which is a COMPLETE AND UTTER FALSEHOOD and the very suggestion that I’ve been declined is insulting especially coming from an organisation as utterly hopeless as yours pure and simple! My crEither that’s due to plain incompetence as usual or it’s done intentionally as a smart ass move because I CANCELLED THE LOAN. If there’s any proof of this I promise you my solicitor will have a field day with you. I’ve opened a case with the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN citing misleading business practices and inability to complete their end of the agreement and thus I suspect they don’t in fact have the necessary funds to guarantee their lending and therefore would be in breach of any agreement or stipulations set out by the CBI. I’d like to stare at this juncture that I’ve raised these concerns with FO as stated above ants my local TD and the the burden of proof will fall squarely in your lap.this should at least waste as much of your time as it has mine. I should have a reply early next week. I reiterate fir your benefit IF THERE IS ANYTHING ON MY CREDIT REPORT with regard to BLATANT LIE that loan being declined rather than cancelled my myself I’ll land you in court so fast you’ll be applying for a short term loan to keep up with legal expenses. You have also DELIBERATELY BLOCKED MY EMAIL NOW so it shows your INTENTIONAL CONTEMPT and UTTER DISTAIN towards the general public and for the country in which you operate and for the CBI which apparently regulates you. I will also be sending a copy of all correspondence to the CBI for good measure. I also want a copy of ANY and ALL information gathered on me and I want this WITHIN 24 HOURS and I want it sent to my email or AGAIN YOU’LL BE HEARING FROM MY SOLICITOR BY THE END OF THE WEEK. I hope the message is getting through. KERRYS EYE NEWSPAPER will also be given chapter and verse of this clusterf**k Since then my Wages came through and got my car back. Utterly useless Another business that shouldn’t be operating in Ireland. I’ve read the generic responses to the negative reviews here and it just says everything about their business practices, whether you believe the positive or negative reviews, look at their responses. I can’t wait to hear from the F.O and then take the next step as I’m not letting this go, you’ve wasted over two weeks of my time and I EXPECT to be COMPENSATED for this waste of time as there was NO INTENTION TO GIVE ANY LOAN id also like to see if anyone has ever had a loan from these clowns If anyone else here wants to add to that complaint to the FO then we can work something out and actually make these ass***es stop their data harvesting. If you respond to this I want your position in this company stated on the response. I’m determined to do everything in my power to have you thoroughly investigated and hopefully closed down. I’ve contacted my local TD in Killarney with regard to your fraudulent practices. I would urge others here to do the same and stick the boot into these c**ts. You’ll be hearing from me and my solicitors by the end of next week and if I don’t get satisfaction.

Quick and simple and it was approved in no time at all.Banks look down on ordinary working class people and smart loans don't, smart loans understand the ins and outs of daily living and associated costs there in and don't prejudice if you are not earning a huge salary. Most stress free and seamless loan application I’ve ever experienced

I've applied loan recently but took like 4 weeks due to documents needed like pdf etc etc. I am only using my mobile as I've no desk top . I got frustrated already but we got it in the end . I'm told funds will be there on July 10.2023 on our account so fingers crossed . Also the customer service online team very helpful to all my inquiries . I will rate them 10/10 as quick fast service in replying all my follow up regarding the status of our application. I will highly recommend smart loans to few friends of ours who has unpleasant credit ratings over the years Their careful considerations to their clients are above excellent. They give each clients who has had financial issues and consider the application with corresponding documents to support the application which is understandable . Thank you very much . I think the gentleman we are dealing with in Killarney office his name is dough or don ? .he's very helpful .

I need someone to get in touch with me ASAP. I have overpaid my loan, after calculating I over payed you guys over a thousand euro. I want that refunded to me ASAP.

I had my worry but from the start every email query was answered. The process was fast applied for the loan late Monday evening and funds were in my account at 7am Friday morning So far so good
