Do not use this company , they will try to scam you , promise you one thing then do another . They tried to scam me .

Friendly and helpful sales person (Jordan) explained everything, wrote it all down and explained everything in plain English. The installation was completed in very quick time. Love the panels best decision we have made

Adam was friendly, very helpful and explained everything step by step, the running, the installation, the benefits of having solar, and if anything ever went wrong. I would recommend Adam to anyone who is thinking of installing solar panels.

Great customer service specially with beth always great service

The sales pitch was mid Feb sales person Hayden arrived our place armed with laptop and all information necessary. We worked out the size and plan for my system emailing me the plan for panel arrangement on the roof. Hayden was professional, courteous and very informative throughout the sales session and by the time he left everything was arranged from finance to installation thanks Hayden. Installation started 22 march and took about 3 days dew to persistent rain but the 2 guys installing the system did their best under the circumstances. When finished all wires were hidden everything installed very neatly and left clean he also informed me on how the system operates including inverter, phone app and what to do in a blackout. All up my experience with Smart Energy was extremely positive from start to finish got 2 bills so far were $0.00 very happy thank you Smart Energy.

Arthur the electrician was very friendly, pleasant, respectful and tidy. And he plays good tunes on his boogie box!

The whole team were patient, friendly, and well informed, I very much liked that the company are/ have an Australian based product. The whole experience flowed easily and well from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service all round can't complain,from start to finish. We were greeted by Harry one of the smart energy sales representatives who came to our home to review our system and suggest some options that would work for us and make sure we choose the right system, Very friendly and helpful and informative about their products and systems and explanations on which system would benefit us the most efficiently. The install was done in a timely manner and very neat tidy. From start to finish like I said great experience and would highly recommend and even the after sale and install it's great to have a company following up on how the system is working and making sure we as a customer is happy with the product they have sold. Thanks Harry for convincing and choosing the right system and all the smart energy team for reducing my bills to almost nothing at all happy customer

We used Smart Energy to install central heating system, insulation, ventilation etc. and can only say what a great job they did, Friendly, efficient, and diligent. Overall at 5-star experience

Our experience with Smart Energy has been amazing. Eli our specialist was great! Definitely a 10, couldn't fault our experience at all. Eli was friendly, super genuine and we could easily see Eli is passionate about his job. He explained everything very well and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. Not pushy at all, very personable. So far our experience with smart energy has been seamless, from Noah explaining what Smart energy is all about at our door and organising our appointment with Eli, to Eli getting us ready for a battery install next month. Highly recommend!

As per our review i am happy to write a new review battery has been fixed and happy with outcome

We had our battery installed a couple of weeks ago, it worked for two days and then stopped charging, we kept ringing up to report but weren’t believed until we changed out internet so they could see that it wasn’t working. Now nothing, still waiting for help

Battery was working fine until I started paying for it. Battery hasn't been charging since then. No one has been in contact with me yet. Very disappointed.

The boys worked really efficiently to install my battery and panels. Very good service with the app and clarity of what’s happening. Super stoked with energy savings within just a few days!

John from Smart Energy, (although he states he's from Ameren) called our place of business. When he began asking for names that have never been employed here, we could tell this was a solicitation call. We hung up. But John? No John called us back multiple times, still trying to insist he's with Ameren. This company preys on people not listening to where they are from and asking specifically what company they are with. He told me straight out Ameren until I pressed him. Then they were just rude. Would never recommend anyone accepting their services. Very scam like. I see Harry responded with a phone number that could never be completed. The phone number that harassed us :773-245-1015. Received calls from the 800 Service number today-can't remember her name, but she states I have the wrong company. When I do a search using the phone number John called from, the Smart Energy website comes up with a number to call: 773-225-6159. Same emblem as the Australian company. Websites look identical, minus the us and au. Perhaps you should be reaching out to the Chicago based company you are connected with. They seem to have the issue-not the Australian based company. But you are one in the same.

the sales and installation team were very professional and the whole experience from discussing my needs with the sales person right through to the final installation was sensational. I highly recommend Smart Energy to anyone considering solar and battery for their business or home.
