Eddy was first class all the way. He walked me through all the options, and advised me thinking of what might be best for my parameters. He was creative, thoughtful, and put me first. I was skeptical ordering via phone, but he explained that I would be given a site to put my credit card in, and he showed me his review score, which was 4.8. He should be a 5! He is fantastic. We got a great deal on Business Class seats, and he even honored the senior rate.

Donovan had patiently answered my endless questions and helped us locate the great travel deals that suit our family budget over the past several years. I wholeheartedly recommend Donovan!!

I give York personally a five. His character was exemplary. I give the company a four. I did not like paying extra for a tip. York deserved this but from the company not the client. I felt it was expected, just because it was there and a little tacky. How ever York left me with a great impression and I will be back. Thank you.
