The most painful return process for products not worth it
This has been the most painful return process ever. They gave me a non-functioning return label, which took me 2 days and 3 post locations rejecting my package to find out (the third finally was able to explain the error). Then every time I emailed, I got an automatic answer from their AI since it flagged the word "return" in my emails, but once you get an automatic answer your email doesn't get pushed through to a person anymore - so had to email several times to finally get to a human for a new and functioning label. Now I emailed again to see if they received my return yet (its been a while), and again got this automatic answer saying I can 'follow my return at this link', but the link only takes me to a page where I can reselect my items to return, no way to get information on my return in process. It has just been such a nightmare, products are 1000% not worth the headache.
