SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Item ordered (a bra) was not sent due to stock issues maybe? But still no refund on my store credit for that and where is my refund so I can buy the bra in a different size/color. But never told it wasn’t going to ship. Veryy you disappointed when package arrived and it just wasn’t in there. What the heck? 😭

I ordered from Portugal, and some of the products were not fitted. So, I decided to use the prepaid option from the brand for my comfort. It's been three weeks, and they still don't understand that the drop-off points here don't accept the label they sent, as this company doesn't exist in Portugal. They sent the points locator, which is not working. Then, they listed the points where some of them don't exist. They then said I should travel around the city and hope that someone will accept it. They claim it's a fault in the staff training, so I should escalate it to the manager. In minor points in Portugal, it's like a joke. I decided to pay for another package myself, but I now expect more trouble with them accepting the return, as it's after the 14-day period. Lost a tremendous amount of time and was treated like it's my fault that I can't send it. I don't recommend ordering anything from them.

Incredibly disappointed with the service and £130 down! I sent my returns back nearly 1 month go and have not received a refund. I then sent an email to enquire what has happened and received no contact from them. I have sent a further email with still no reply. I then went to track my returns and it advised me that I am out of the returns window ! (Because I had already sent it back a month ago!) absolutely shocking service and now down £130. If you want to purchase any skims products (which are way overpriced) I’d advise to do so through a separate seller. Shocking

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a couple of products which were in sale, it wasn’t made clear in my purchase journey that I wouldn’t be able to return sale. Additionally, in the uk it’s against the law to not allow returns. Messaged them, heard absolutely nothing. Returned the other half of the order, to be billed £7 return fee which was crazy considering the cost of goods. Still haven’t even heard about my refund. Terrible company won’t ever buy from them again.

What an awful company. Used Clearpay which I hoped would help. Didn’t. I have evidence of them receiving goods back. No acknowledgement whatsoever. They require screenshots of conversations. Despite Royal Mail tracking. Ckearpay hit a wall! I am OAP. Highway robbers!,,,Maybe Kims SKIMS NEEDS IT.
