SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

I saw an ad for the new men's cotton boxer briefs at the perfect time and the marketing language (no ride boxer briefs) is what convinced me to purchase them. They're perfectly thick, supportive, and comfy to boot. They'll be replacing boxer briefs from a different brand soon.

As some others have mentioned, I have previously bought from here and all have been fine. This includes a return which they handled well. This time round it’s a different story. Royal Mail have delivered it. I have got no confirmation email. So I reached out to them. They said to wait. I’ve waited and nothing. The customer service team said to get back in touch. Which I have and absolutely no response. It’s like they have gone all radio silent. Someone else said on here, it’s like they do so much and give up, hoping that you would too.

I’ve ordered here many times and was always satisfied, but my most recent experience was really disappointing. I tried to return an order from the Netherlands, but the return kept getting sent back to my home because the provided address was incorrect. I tried again, but the same thing happened. I’ve contacted customer service twice and have been waiting over two weeks for a response. In the meantime, I’m stuck with clothes in the wrong size and no one seems to be available to help. Really unfortunate, as I used to be a fan – but this has been a very frustrating experience

This company has got to be the worst company I have ever tried to get a refund from. This is the second time round (never again) they have done this, I sent the goods back and after hearing nothing chased up my refund, they replied with sorry we haven't had the goods back. I sent a POD screenshot including a picture of the package in their warehouse and they still said this wasn't enough. I think they hope at certain percentage of people will either not chase up their returns, not have proof of delivery or give up when they keep hitting a brick wall with them. It reeks of a scam to me, never again - buyers beware

I ordered 3 items 2 items did not fit International returns (I’m in the UK) link did not work for a few days Eventually got a label for Royal Mail delivery They suggested putting it in the post box but thank goodness my husband suggested getting proof of postage Many emails later & no response nor refund Read on a forum to “live chat” as Skims don’t reply to emails As soon as I uploaded my proof of return & proof of delivery, I received a refund All other emails had been ignored Please note that I have also been charged 20p a txt for the live chat as international If you live in the UK & want to buy Skims, please don’t order directly as if you wish to return something, it is not straightforward

Just a friendly reminder to European buyers: DON’T order anything from skims website. The service is terrible and you’ll have troubles being reimbursed if something doesn’t fit (which will be common since their product measurements are all wrong and usually small). Just don’t trust this company. We have similar products from European companies and you’ll be far more protected in your consumer rights. My order didn’t arrive correctly and the one that did arrive, the fitting was all wrong. Went through all the steps for the reimbursement, just like indicated in skims website and never got reimbursed:/
