Shop Reviews

It's been a while since I received my parcel from Prusa Research, but it's only fair that I take a moment to comment on the excellent service I experienced. From the ease of ordering my printer to the actual delivery, I can only describe it as prompt and professional. All the parts arrived together at the same time, albeit in different boxes, and nothing was missing. The printer is working as expected, and I am very excited to start using it to print my own creations. Thank you for your excellent service.

I love my new Prusa XL. I bought the semi-assembled and please tell your team that wrote the directions for assembly, that they did a wonderful job! It was very detailed and clear to understand. Thank you team Prusa!

Products are good and of high quality. Preparation time and shipping costs are not great compared with competitors.

In Summe ein sehr gutes Produkt "Made in EU"

the quality and ideas

About as good as one could expect. My only issue is the amount of different screws for the assembly. I'm sure most of the types could be removed by minor redesigns, thus streamlining the whole assembly process. I would also maybe recommend putting a satin sheet rather than pei in the core one by default as it's the most compatible one. Other that that everything is smooth sailing from pla to nylon, print quality is amazing and the UX is very good. I love the dial + touch approach.

Prusa works always great

Too long time to sent. I waited a week for the shipment filaments to Poland. Besides, it's too expensive products compared to other equally good companies.

I really like the 24/7 support those guys are doing a hell of a job. Overall my experience with Prusa at this point is aces. I bought the Core One 2-3 months ago and it's everything that I expected! Bit disappointed that I didn't wait I little longer for the Core One L, but I'm planning to get it soon. Everything that I've been ordering is coming on time with very nice and safe packaging. The delivery is a bit higher on the price, but it is what it is. I've also bought a few courses and I have to say without them everything would have been a lot harder. Keep up the good work guy's!!! BR and cheers form Bulgaria

Product is quite good but comparing to rest of the market is overpriced

I bought a core one as kit. Loved the building experience and the tweaking and debugging for calibration. It gave me a better knowledge on how my printer works. The first prints look amazing and were fast. What costed Prusa a star on my review were 2 minor defects on the metal parts that passed QC.

Prusa Research is certainly the best and more innovative 3D-Printer company. Of course you may have cheaper chineese copies, but the quality will not be the same. Innovation has a cost you may pay to sustain the system, and to promote social and environmental standards. I loved my MK3S that is still working very well. But I wanted to go to an XL now. But the FedEx delivery was awfull ... Waiting at home Friday ... nothing (despite a email saying I should get the 5 packages). Waiting at home monday, I get 4 packages out of 5. Waiting Wednesday to get the last package ...

As a beginner in 3d printing, assembling the kit and printing for the first time was pretty easy. Having assembled the printer myself now helps with troubleshooting when inadvertently i make a mistake setting up a print

Easy to use but easy to break. We bought 20 of them last September and in less than a year half of the had issues. Last ones: the Hotend heater and thermistor were no working. the beep in the LCD were no working in 2 of them. my fault that i didn't complain about the beep when it happen, due to lack of time. Now they replay that after ONE YEAR the warranty expired, replacement will cost more than a 100€ per printer. now if one break we give to the employers, We don't invest more money in them.

Great delivery. Great products. Great Support.

Super nice! In time shipping, perfect packaging, no issues! Also got a small attention as I mentioned it was as present for a kid’s birthday.

Once again I am impressed by the quality of the product and also the support. The way the documentation is written is really comprehensive and helpfull. Go Prusa go
