Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience – won’t use Seatsnet again We booked tickets through Seatsnet for Lazio v Monza during our holiday in Rome in October 2026. After choosing and paying for our seats, we were informed shortly before travelling that they were no longer available. Instead of a refund, we received account credit plus €8 compensation. When we rebooked, the same seats were being advertised at a much higher price. We ended up paying approximately €70 extra, almost double our original cost. To make matters worse, the seats we received didn’t match the location shown on Seatsnet’s seating diagram. We enjoyed the match and the atmosphere, but the booking experience was extremely disappointing. We won’t use Seatsnet again and would strongly recommend booking directly through the football club instead.
