WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS
WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: DO NOT TRUST SEATSNET WITH YOUR MONEY! ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience I want to publicly warn other consumers about my terrible experience with SEATSNET We paid €638.17 for tickets to a Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) vs. Rennes football match that did not take place as originally scheduled. Following changes to the event, we were informed that our tickets would not be valid at the alternative venue. Seatsnet subsequently confirmed that our order was cancelled and indicated that a refund would be processed. Almost TWO MONTHS later, WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that PSG has already refunded the official tickets, while Seatsnet continues to withhold our €638.17. Despite repeated emails and formal complaints, Seatsnet has failed to provide a meaningful response, a clear explanation, or a confirmed refund date. Their own refund policy provides for reimbursement under applicable cancellation conditions, yet our money has still not been returned. HOW CAN A COMPANY KEEP A CUSTOMER’S MONEY WHEN THE TICKETS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED AND THE ORIGINAL CLUB HAS ALREADY ISSUED A REFUND? This experience raises serious concerns about Seatsnet’s business practices, transparency, customer service, and respect for consumer rights. Our family also incurred additional travel expenses after being informed of changes to the match, only to discover later that our tickets would not be valid. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SEATSNET TO ANYONE. Based on our experience, I consider this platform completely unreliable. We paid for a service we did not receive, and our legitimate refund requests have gone unanswered. I urge other consumers to think very carefully before purchasing tickets through this website. SEATSNET: WHERE IS OUR €638.17? We demand our money back immediately. I am prepared to share the documentation supporting this complaint, including the refund confirmation from PSG, Seatsnet’s cancellation communication, and our unanswered refund requests. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and respect.
