Never refunded me for a return (with proof of delivery) and stopped responding to my emails.

Hello I bought a diesel shoe less than two months (order number 75294). The zipper holder in the right shoe broke easily when I zipped it (photo attached). I’m buying diesel shoes for years and they are very high quality and never been damaged so fast. It’s super disappointing. Please suggest a solution. Ruze shoes customer support response: We are really sorry for your experience with our company and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we are not able to support for your order as the time limit exceeds and for the following reasons: - You have 30 days after receiving your shoes to ship them back to us. - You may return your shoes for a full refund provided the shoes are unworn and still contain all of the original packaging. Terrible, stole my money from me when they sent the wrong shoes and i returned them, nothing but a bunch of thieves

I do not know who these people are with all the negativity. I have ordered twice from Ruze. Both times were successful. I absototally recommend this site!!! KEVIN

I have ordered twice from Ruze. Each time was successful and love my shoes. Delivery took a week with no problems. Prices are fair and I enjoy free delivery. I like that many shoes have a "Euro Flair" and well made brand names. Unfortunately, from my experience, many European brands don't match well with American sizes even though the size charts say otherwise. It can be trial and error if one is not familiar with each brand sizing. BTW, their website clearly states free returns for STORE CREDIT, (not refunds). Please read your options and don't assume you have exceptional entitlement.

I ordered shoes from them internationally. They sent the shoes and they were counterfeit. I told Ruze the product did not fit the description (i.e. authentic) and they said if I paid to send them back, they would refund me. The return shipping was equal to the cost of the shoe so it made no sense to send them back (they might have not even refunded my money). I just ended up $60 down with cheap shoes not worth wearing. Total SCAMMERS.

I bought shoes with one-day shipping. They sent me the wrong item. They promised me a refund and 20% off my next purchase. I shipped it back two weeks ago, they received it one week ago and have kept my money. It doesn't matter to me that they kept the 20% off coupon, because I never intend to do business with these crooks again. They are telling PayPal that they didn't receive the item. Tracking info clearly proves that they did. Now, I have no money or shoes for Christmas. Go with a reliable site. These guys are time-wasting scammers.

Their customer service a total joke, they would not apply my discount code even though it was their system that delayed it via email. They had the nerve to ask me to remove the review, are you joking? I am telling it as it is.

Order 146296 Don't get their mystery box. They tell you what you'll be getting when it ships. You'll get sent at least one pair of football cleats, one pair of dress shoes, a pair of footsaver diabetic shoes, and a pair of $20 slippers that they say is a $50 value. I have no use for these. I get it, it's a mystery box, but they should know that 99% of the people that buy shoes from them will have no use for these kinds of shoes. They also aren't posting their user reviews for the mystery boxes. Even after I submitted mine it says 0 reviews and "Be the first to review" Use your money to get exactly what you want, and not the mystery box. I paid $110 for basically 2 pairs of shoes that when aren't marked up, sell for $26 on their website, and even those shoes aren't that great. All no name brands like footsaver, bates, and avenger.

The shoes I ordered were not delivered to my house. I’ve been emailing them for 54 days now and just keep getting the say copy and paste response. “ We understand your concern, we have filed a claim and we are waiting for an update from the shipping carrier. Please allow us a few days to get back to you with an update. ”. ITS ALMOST BEEN 2 MONTHS THEY ARENT GOING TO RESPOND! UPDATE: 41 sent emails and 88 days later, after I was asked to “ Kindly allow until 08/27, as that is the deadline by which we expect to receive an update from the investigation.” They declined my claim for a refund. Also, they never reached out to me as they stated they would in the comment below. I had to copy and paste their comment to them in an email. Absolutely garbage customer service and company!!

Ive written multiple emails to the company andvall I keep getting is the same generic message saying the item order is defective, regardless of which item I order
