Poor experience; bring your $ elsewhere
Poor experience. Their customer service agent (Kevin, IIRC) was extremely rude and unhelpful. They've messed up delivery twice already and have had me waiting for a month to receive two items I was supposed to get within a week. They've had my money during this whole time, by the way. If you face any issues, they never reply to their 888 number but they called back from 909-259-5381. I recommend you bring your money elsewhere (Amazon matched their price but I decided to go with Ruze given they're a smaller business; never again).
