Super disappointing
Hello I bought a diesel shoe less than two months (order number 75294). The zipper holder in the right shoe broke easily when I zipped it (photo attached). I’m buying diesel shoes for years and they are very high quality and never been damaged so fast. It’s super disappointing. Please suggest a solution. Ruze shoes customer support response: We are really sorry for your experience with our company and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we are not able to support for your order as the time limit exceeds and for the following reasons: - You have 30 days after receiving your shoes to ship them back to us. - You may return your shoes for a full refund provided the shoes are unworn and still contain all of the original packaging.
