This company needs more appointment availability from each therapist. Also fix your website, it doesn't have an accurate schedule for each dr. Every time I've made an appointment with a doc on a specific time that works with my schedule it backfires and my scheduled appointment gets cancelled. I still need to find a therapist that can work with my schedule. Its not that hard to manage. Your website needs work. If the docs aren't available then why is the scheduled time and day showing up to book it? Also your auto replies are nowhere near sincere. Please message me through rula messages so we can figure this scheduling out.

Rula made finding a provider very simple because you put your insurance information in from the beginning and only providers who are within network populate, and it is very easy to find a provider that aligns with your preferences based on the filters provided and the providers profiles. I had spent approximately two weeks going through the list of about 200 in network providers that my insurance company had given me only to find that many of the providers albeit aware the right specialty but often didn’t actually take my subgroup of insurance or specialized in a population completely different than what I was looking for. Rula eliminated this daunting process. And within less than 30 seconds of scrolling through the providers populated for my filters, I found both an NP and therapist who I immediately knew I would mesh with and provide the help I was seeking.

The last 10 days I have called, emailed, and had 3-three way calls with my insurance company on the line trying to get $150 refunded that charged me as a self pay when my insurance covers the appointments at a $15 copay. They are awful!! You are not allowed to speak to a supervisor even with the insurance company asking for one. They never call back. I’m more stressed now than when I started.

The first 8 months were great. I loved my provider. Then I got several strange charges. My co-pay was $25. They started billing me $70+ on top of my co-pay. Then I got another charge for $104. I called Rula and they said it was an error on my insurances end. My insurance told me someone from Rula used the wrong billing code, Rula then blamed my provider for the mistake, so I messaged her and she said she has nothing to do with the billing department. I am waiting for my insurance and Rula to resolve this. I was not even going to write this review as I don’t want any further attention from Rula right now, but they did something super sneaky and I am pissed. I had another provider from another company that I recently closed business with but still have a legit balance to pay off. Some how Rula used there platform to contact me about my bill. I should have tried to sign in to my account first and I would have found that it was fake. I checked the credit card I used to pay the debt off and it was from Rula! They tricked me, I fell for it. I AM NEVER going to use an on line service for any therapy needs ever again. This has taken so much of my time and money that I did not have to give in the first place. I hope this review helps someone out.

The convenience of scheduling online. Having at least some information to decide on a provider. There was a snafu in my original schedule request, but it was immediately corrected.

It’s very easy. Not expensive and I don’t have to miss work.

My therapist is great but it's too many hoops to go through to send messages directly to the therapist if I need to change the appointment or cancel it. She is compassionate and has good listening skills.

This is a virtual therapy platform that is straight to the point. No fluff, no extra stuff. Just find a therapist that fits your needs, here is the cost, here are reminders. Boom!

Jaqueline is the third therapist I’ve spoken to you in my life. From the first appointment, I knew she would be my last. She is great at making it a judgment, free zone, safe place, somewhere you can be open and speak your mind and get honest, third-party perspective, honest situation; something you might not be able to get in your personal life. She has a lot of great tips and strategies to help you through the tough times you may be going thorough emotionally or mentally. I’m going to keep going back as long we Jaqueline is there.

This is the first time I have ever done any counseling using Zoom and an online service. I found it to be very easy and very complete. I chose the counselor I wanted from a list of many with great information. It was a perfect match and I will continue.

As a patient seeking help due to stress, RULA has added to that stress due to a lack of follow up, being unable to speak to someone to receive the documentation my employer and disability insurance requires. I have had an extremely awful experience because of this and my stress levels have increased.

I chose to try Rula for some personal counseling due to the wait times for local therapists. It was easy to find a therapist that specializes in my areas of concern. I have always preferred in person counseling, but this is working well for me. I started therapy much sooner and that has helped me a lot.

It seem like this is the way the field is going. There are so many insurance nuances and hurdles for providers and the Rula team does a great job at managing them for the provider and the client. I feel bad that Rula doesn't pay the therapists all that much, but this is as opposed to getting certified with a bunch of insurance companies, managing a practice, paying rent, etc etc. If you are a provider thinking about Rula, I would suggest it to save all of the headaches the admin stuff will cause you. Unless you can build an in-person practice from scratch and charge cash I think Rula is the only option. If you are a patient, I have to try 30-60 days to get an appotinemt with an in-person therapist who takes my insurance, with Rula it take 5 minutes. AND if I dont connect with the therapist, I can try another one.

I wish they accepted Medicare and Medicaid but you can’t beat their prices for the services you receive. They offer individual therapy as well as psychiatric services for medication and I truly don’t know where I would be without them
